The chef, John Jones, has trained extensively in japan and has worked at top japanese restaurants in the uk. John is passionate about his work and understands the importance of authenticity and quality of ingredients in the preparation of true Japanese cuisine.

our lounge bar has a 60 inch flat screen tv and luxury leather sofas for you to sink into. our reception bar on the ground floor within the check-in area is a great place to meet friends and colleagues and enjoy our large selection of bottled beers, fine wines, champagne, spirits and cocktails.
